North-eastern strong winds literally blew people away in Novorossiysk.<br />People can be seen drifting and sliding on a crosswalk as well as trying to help others to get to the other side of the road.<br />An emergency warning was issued in the city due to the worsening weather conditions. Some restrictions on the movement of cargo vehicles were introduced.<br />According to the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations, the hurricane will persist until Friday morning.
